Appliances
We always recommend choosing your appliances before committing to any kitchen design or layout. Visit our showroom and our sales team will help you choose the appliances that fit your needs.
Yes. Kitchen Avenue is the official, exclusive agent in Lebanon for the brands we carry, including ASKO, V-ZUG, and FIM, and the official distributor for BLANCO. Every appliance is sourced directly from the manufacturer for the local market and carries a full local warranty backed by our own after-sales support — unlike grey-market imports, which often arrive without valid warranty or local service.
All appliances purchased from Kitchen Avenue come with a 2-year warranty, honoured locally through our own service teams — so any issue is handled directly by us.
After installation, our technicians demonstrate your new appliances in your home, showing you how to use them and get the best results. We remain available for any questions once you've settled in.
We sell spare parts for all appliances on offer, and maintain spare-part stock for up to 15 years after purchase.
Yes, we offer free delivery Monday through Saturday across Lebanon, provided by our own delivery and installation teams.
If the item is in stock in our warehouse, we can provide next-day delivery. If the item is not in stock, we guarantee a maximum three-month delivery.
We perform free installation for washing machines, dryers, and fridges, connecting the appliance to the available power supply or plumbing. We can also uninstall your old appliance, reinstall it at another location on request, and repair it if necessary. Installation of appliances such as cooktops and ovens that require modifications to existing cabinetry or joinery will need to be scheduled ahead of time.
If an appliance bought from us needs servicing — in or out of warranty — contact our customer support team. With seven dedicated service and installation teams, each operating its own fleet, we respond to service requests within 24 hours. If a repair requires more than three days, we will loan you a functioning appliance in the meantime.

Yes. We handle complete kitchen design and implementation — this is what makes Kitchen Avenue special. We design and install kitchens and provide all the accessories, from sinks and taps to appliances and countertops.
Yes, you can fully customise every cabinet in terms of size and material.
Once the design is confirmed and booking is made, our team takes final site measurements before production begins. Typical lead time for a kitchen is around 10 weeks from confirmation to installation.
Yes, we provide a complete MEP layout once booking confirmation has been made.
Once booking is confirmed, our team visits the site and takes precise final measurements before producing the kitchen.
We do not modify or adjust already-installed cabinets, but we can add cabinets to an existing kitchen.
Yes. We regularly collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors on both residential and larger projects, and can work directly from plans.
Countertops
Yes. We offer a wide range of countertop materials, from ceramic and porcelain slabs to natural stone and laminates, and handle templating, fabrication, and installation as part of your kitchen project.
No. We supply BLANCO sinks and taps, but installation should be carried out by a qualified plumber. Our team can advise on the specifications and requirements so your plumber has everything needed for a correct fit.
Payment & Ordering
We accept in-store and online payments with no added surcharge on Mastercard and VISA, as well as cash, cheques, bank transfers, and WHISH payments.
You're welcome to visit our Jdeideh showroom during opening hours. For kitchen design consultations, we recommend booking ahead so one of our interior architects can dedicate time to your project.
