Drawers
The finishing touch to an exceptional kitchen
Available in a choice of finishes and in heights from 14cm to 31cm, our drawers do more than add function — they allow an oven or compact appliance to be set at exactly the right height within a tall unit, completing the column in one seamless, aligned line. Choose from warming, vacuum, and storage drawers to suit the way you cook.
Warming Drawer
Gently warms plates, serving dishes, and prepared food, holding everything at the ideal temperature until the moment of serving. Whether keeping one course ready while another finishes, or presenting a meal on warmed plates, it brings the composure of a professional kitchen to entertaining.
Vacuum Drawer
Seals food and liquids in airtight conditions at the touch of a button — the foundation of sous-vide cooking, and a means to preserve freshness, marinate in minutes, and store ingredients for longer. A quietly transformative addition for the considered cook.
Storage Drawer
A perfectly matched storage drawer completes the appliance column, offering a discreet home for trays, cookware, and accessories. Finished to align seamlessly with the appliances above, it turns otherwise unused space into elegant, practical storage.

Frequently asked questions about our drawers
A warming drawer heats plates, cups and serving dishes, and keeps cooked food at serving temperature. A vacuum drawer removes the air from bags and containers and seals them. This keeps food fresh for longer, speeds up marinating and prepares food for sous-vide cooking. A storage drawer is unheated and gives trays, cookware and accessories a matching home within the appliance column. We carry warming and vacuum drawers from ASKO and V-ZUG, and storage drawers from V-ZUG, all available across Lebanon.
Our V-ZUG warming drawers also offer gentle functions for proving dough, melting butter or chocolate, defrosting at low temperature, low-temperature cooking and making homemade yoghurt. Functions vary by model, so our team can confirm exactly what each drawer offers.
It depends on the height. A 14 cm V-ZUG warming drawer holds up to 14 plates or crockery for six people. The 22, 28 and 31 cm models hold considerably more and suit larger households and regular entertaining.
A vacuum drawer seals food airtight at the touch of a button. Sealed food stays fresh for longer, and marinades take effect in a fraction of the usual time. It is also the first step of sous-vide cooking: once sealed, the food is cooked at a precise low temperature, which our ASKO and V-ZUG steam ovens are designed to do.
The height is usually set by the appliance above it. A 14 cm drawer beneath a 45 cm compact oven, steam oven, microwave or coffee machine fills a standard 60 cm niche. This lets the column line up with a full-size oven beside it. The taller 22, 28 and 31 cm drawers are used to bring appliances to a comfortable working height or to complete a tall column. Our kitchen design team in Lebanon can plan the column around your layout.
